Damaged Items
We inspect all packages for visible signs of damage or moisture before shipment. However, we do not open the products themselves, so we cannot verify the condition of the fragrance inside the packaging. Recently, we have experienced issues with gift sets leaking, which is why all gift sets will be checked at the warehouse before being sent to us and may not be sealed. If you wish to receive an unopened gift set, please be aware that we will not accept liability for any leaks or issues and will not offer refunds in such cases.
Refund Policy
Please note that due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer refunds. As these items are rejected stock, they may have minor imperfections, damaged packaging, or, in rare cases, leaks. All purchases are made at the buyer’s risk, and refunds are not provided due to our already low profit margin. We recommend that you review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
“What if an item I’ve paid for is sold out?”
- While we conduct a stock check prior to payment, there is a possibility that an item may sell out before your order is processed. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss either a suitable replacement or offer store credit. Refunds are not provided.
“Can I pay Cash On Delivery (COD)?”
- Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash On Delivery as a payment option. Our courier service does not handle payments on our behalf, and orders will only be processed once full payment is received.
“If I’m not satisfied, can I get a refund?”
- Due to the nature of our products, as outlined in our disclaimer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and are open to reviewing each case individually to explore possible solutions. Should an exchange be approved, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
