By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this disclaimer.

Our designer fragrances are authentic branded fragrances imported as reject stock. They are sold at significantly reduced prices because they may not meet the standards required for sale through authorised retail stores.

What to Expect

As these are reject fragrances, one or more of the following may apply:

• Reduced fragrance longevity compared to retail-purchased stock.
• Minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, marks or slight packaging damage.
• Bottle caps or decorative components that may not fit perfectly.
• Older bottle or packaging designs due to different production batches.
• In rare cases, slight leakage during transit.
• If a fragrance is not sealed, it will be clearly marked as "Not Sealed."

These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the authenticity of the fragrance.

Fragrance performance varies from person to person and may be influenced by factors such as skin chemistry, climate, storage conditions and application.

Authenticity

Our supplier represents that these are authentic branded fragrances imported as reject stock. They are not imitation, oil-based or water-based fragrances.

As these products are parallel imports, the authorised South African distributors are under no obligation to honour the manufacturer's warranties or provide after-sales support.

No Guarantees

Due to the nature of reject fragrances, we cannot guarantee:

• Fragrance longevity.
• Cosmetic condition of the bottle or packaging.
• Packaging version or bottle design.
• That every fragrance will perform identically to retail-purchased stock.

The reduced selling price reflects these characteristics.

Returns & Store Credit

Please ensure that you are certain of your purchase before placing your order.

Due to the nature of reject fragrances, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind.
• Fragrance longevity.
• Cosmetic imperfections.
• Packaging variations.
• Minor defects disclosed in this disclaimer.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed due to a warehouse stock update, you will receive store credit or may choose an alternative fragrance of equal value.

Shipping

We take great care in packaging every order.

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's processes and timeframes. While we will gladly assist in resolving any courier-related issues where possible, we cannot accept responsibility for delays or issues caused by the courier after dispatch.

Limitation of Liability

All products are purchased at the customer's own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our service providers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, dissatisfaction with fragrance performance, or cosmetic imperfections disclosed in this disclaimer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their personal use. We cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Why Our Prices Are Lower

We source our fragrances directly from international suppliers and sell directly to our customers, allowing us to offer authentic branded fragrances at a fraction of normal retail prices.

Although these fragrances may have cosmetic imperfections or reduced longevity, they remain excellent value for customers who want genuine designer fragrances without paying full retail prices.

All prices are VAT inclusive unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are calculated separately.

All products are subject to availability. If stock becomes unavailable after an order has been placed due to a warehouse stock update, customers will be offered store credit or an alternative fragrance.
