Delivery Information
To ensure a smooth experience, please note that the typical lead time for all orders is up to 9 business days. However, many customers receive their orders much sooner. We do not maintain stock on hand; instead, all perfumes are ordered from our supplier upon receipt of payment. Therefore, tracking information is not immediately available, we update tracking information as soon as we receive it from the warehouse. Processing at the warehouse takes 1-4 business days, once your package has been collected from the warehouse by the courier company, please allow an additional 5-9 business days.
Please Note : During “month-end” delivery delays may occur. We always do our best to ensure orders arrive on time, but due to the high volume of orders, occasional delays are unavoidable. If you are not comfortable waiting, please avoid placing an order during these times.Thank you for your understanding.
